Senior ERP Implementation Consultant / Project Manager : High-level position
A high-level position would require extensive experience in ERP implementation, project management, and leadership. The candidate may have a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or information systems. They would be responsible for leading the entire ERP implementation project, including managing a team of consultants, communicating with the client's executive leadership, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The salary for a high-level position would be significantly higher than an entry-level or mid-level position.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies, database management, and python programming languages.
- Familiarity with integration tools, data migration tools, and other software applications used in the ERP implementation process.
- Strong understanding of project management tools.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients.

- Provide regular project status updates to the project team and senior management.
- Conduct business analysis to understand clients' current systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements and design specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and project team members to develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage change requests and project scope to ensure successful project delivery.
Training and Support:
- Provide end-user training on the configured ERP system.
- Create and maintain training documentation and user manuals.
- Provide post-implementation support to clients, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of the ERP system.
- Recommend best practices for business processes and system improvements.
- Work with clients to continuously improve their ERP system and increase their ROI.
